More About Fairview Texas

The small town of Fairview, Texas sits roughly 30 miles to the north of the metropolitan city of Dallas. Positioned nearly equidistant between two recreational lakes, Lavon Lake and Lewisville Lake, residents can enjoy water sports, hiking, camping, fishing and so much more. The homes within Fairview are primarily single-family residences with moderate sized lots, however, a few townhomes and apartments can also be found throughout the community. Highway 75 conveniently runs parallel to the west border of Fairview which provides residents with easy travel needs into Dallas as well as other surrounding areas for either leisure or occupational needs. Fairview was incorporated in 1958 and remained quite small until the late 1990s and early 2000s. With the steady growth over the last two decades, many of the shopping centers, restaurants, and housing have all been constructed within the last 10-15 years.
