One specific spot is the Preserve Village, which is set on two PGA golf courses, and will feature multimillion-dollar homes that may be custom designed. There will be restaurants and high-end shops and hotels. Allowing for mix-use developments will also attract larger companies and bring about more job opportunities.

Within this development, the area will also be student housing for the University of North Texas Frisco. In addition, there will be manmade lakes and hiking and biking trails for all outdoor adventures.
