Let's take a look at what is continuing to grow in Frisco these days.Frisco is Growing Fast!

Frisco Real Estate

I am sure you already guessed it but real estate in Frisco is a hot commodity. This area is enticing for developers, builders, and investors.

Fields

The area of Fields and Fields West is seeing a lot of development. The residential side is seeing 9 different neighborhoods come to fruition while the west side will include a lot of retail, restaurants, venues, and hotel space. The most notable here is a Ritz Carlton along with an apartment building. The Fields partnership is working closely to accommodate the infrastructure that will be impacted by the increase in traffic. The home construction portion of all of this will hopefully begin by the end of this year. This massive area is said to be able to accommodate 5,000 homes.

Home Builders

Taylor Morrison Homes is set to be building around 500 single-family homes and these are expected to be done by October of this year. They certainly won't be the only builder looking at the opportunity in this area. Many builders are working on getting their contracts for this land in place.

Home Types

The different areas within will represent a variety of home types as well as offer different price ranges to accommodate as many homeowners as possible. One specific spot is the Preserve Village, which is set on two PGA golf courses, and will feature multimillion-dollar homes that may be custom designed. This will be the only gated community in the Fields.

A specific design you will see in the area is multi-use. Residents will not need to drive very far to have all of the amenities and features they want in a neighborhood. There will be restaurants and high-end shops and hotels. Allowing for mix-use developments will also attract larger companies and bring about more job opportunities.

Within this development, the area will also be student housing for the University of North Texas Frisco. In addition, there will be manmade lakes and hiking and biking trails for all outdoor adventures.
